Anyone using Call Pilot 1.07 for desktop messaging and faxing.Everything works fine except for a coupl of user that have XP on there machine.
Works fine on just XP w/o their own fax # but on the users with XP and a fax number it locked up the CP server.We use Lotus notes her but have heard of other companies using Outlook with no problems.

THE CUSTOMER FROM HELL !!!

Ensure you have the latest desktop client and that your Call Pilot has the latest Service Update (SU4 I beleive) and patches. This is for people using the Call Pilot 1.07 wishing to get full integration with Windows XP. Call Pilot 2.0 supports XP out of box.

Effective July 12, 2002, Nortel Networks releases the CallPilot Desktop Messaging Client 1.07.11.24 software up-issue. This up-issue provides additional functionality in addition to fixes to known issues.

What’s New:
• Full Support for Windows XP
• Block Voice Message Forward to E-Mail (Outlook only)
• Partial Support for Outlook 2000/2002 Rules Wizard
• Quality Improvements

Cant add phone Meridian 11C release 22 HELP Please
