How to Unlock a call log

I have a user who has locked his phone call logs, I have tried doing the LD 32
and CPWD S L C U. He has M3903 phone and he is on the CS1000M and

PT2000

RELEASE 3
ISSUE 00 + DepList x210300_cpp

How do I unlock the phone call log? As i know only M3904 has the feature lock your call logs, but i could be wrong. Any advise?

Once i reseted by using CPWD l s c u, though it was still not letting me in then i enabled/disabled that set to get let me in.

Do the CPWD L S C U and the password will be changed to the default on your software Rls. Read your NTP's for the default password, it is in there

If the password is not cleared, then try to look for the default password in your NTP (as jack said).

But, if both of those do not work, then send the firmware stored on your switch to the phone, then CPWD. I have to do this with phones with mis-matching firmware (we too use M3903).
