Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 6 ![]() | good telco's in california I am NOT impressed with OTM. The OTM client is slow because it sucks up massive resourses plus it crashes. The traffic studies do not give useful info. We were promised so much before we purchased it, now we realize it is MAT with a facelift. If you have a complex environment or multiple call centers, I would not recommend OTM. If you are used to working directly on the switch with a product like Procomm, you will find OTM restrictive and frustrating. | ||||||||

Location: Terre Haute, IN Rep Power: 7 ![]() | OTM is only restrictive and frustrating if you don't take the time to learn it. I still use command line (as I have for years) but my tech uses OTM daily and likes it. I find OTM pretty easy to use and have been making an effort to use it more. My tech hated it until we upgraded to 2.0 and he took the time to learn it. We don't use the OTM client so I can't comment on it. | ||||||||
