What Is Asterisk?

Anybody, ever configure an Accord MGC100 or 50 pri card on an option81 or 61. I've got 4 PRIs coming from the local telco and 1 pri going to the Videoconference bridge.

Outgoing calls work no matter whether restricted or clear 1 channel or multiple channel.

Incoming calls only work on single channel voice only. On a bonded data call 64 clear or 56 restricted the first channel appears to come up and then drops. This occurs with both local and long distance so I know it isn't the LD carrier.

Any suggestions would be great.

I haven't installed this product, but for most Video Teleconference Apps - you would need ISDN to control the Echo, Master and Slave clocking, and pop connections....AND you may need an TMDI Card...

You can find info about this install in.............

1.5 Mb DTI/PRI Administration and Maintenance guide

You would change your NET to include an ISDN (PRI2)...

ISDN Feature Implementation
To configure PRI2 on a Meridian 1 large system or small system PBX, use
the following steps:

— Configure the Pulse Code Modulation Conversion value, using LD 15.
— Configure a PRI2 interface, using LD 17.
— Configure a the Pulse Code Modulation Companding Law on the PRI2
D-Channel, using LD 17.

• Initialize the Meridian 1 switch, to download all parameters to the
line cards. This initialization has to be performed only once.
— Configure a Primary D-Channel for the PRI2 interface, using LD 17.
— Configure a Back-up D-Channel, if required, using LD 17.
— Configure nB+D, using LD 17.
— Configure a PRI2 pad tables, using LD 73.
— Configure a PRI2 route, using LD 16.
— Configure a PR2 trunk, using D 14.

Polycom accord does not support Primary and backup d-channels.
As long as you have enought Trunks in your PBX you could Provide the PRI off you PBX. We are providing 4 PRI off the PBX to the NT4 card of the Polycom.
