SIP trunks / outbound CLID

We have a third-party call center server connected to a CS1K via SIP trunks. When the users make a call via the soft phone connected to the third-party call server the call goes to the CS1K via SIP trunks and then out through the PSTN. The caller-id shows the 4-digit extension of the soft phone (which is not a DID or even close and has nothing to do with the CS1K). The call hits the PSTN and some bogus LEC table entry takes over and the CLID that displays is completely incorrect. The thing is we need the DIDs to show up for all calls coming directly from the CS1K. It's just these calls from this call center server that we need to show the main number.

I'm looking for a way to set a CLID table entry on the SIP trunks that connect the call center server and CS1K so that any calls coming from this call center server via the sip trunks would send a CLID table entry of 0 (which is our main DID).

I am open to any suggestions. Thanks.
