NTP on Meridian

The ntp server always outputs GMT or zulu time. If you need to check your NTP server, there are plenty of freeware clients on the net (beware of spyware) Sam Spade works well for this

The offset is set in element manager. The sig server gets its time from the CP. There was an issue on 5.5 where the time did not revert to standard time unless you unchecked DST in element manager. The patch for this is p26202 for release 5.5

Jack,
We are seeing issues as well. This is what our vendor explained to us:

Real-Time Stats Interval resets 1 hour later / DST.
Problem Description
Since the new DST change (March 10, 2007), RTD interval data resets off
by one hour. Reports are off by one hour.
Problem Resolution
New changes to the DST on the operating system level require a reboot of
the servers (CCMS and CCMA despite not using DST on CCMS).
The operating system has been changed based on Microsoft's
recommendations.
Affected Products

Contact Center Administration CCMA 6.0
Contact Center Administration CCMA 4.5
Contact Center Manager CCMS 6.0
Contact Center Manager CCMS 5.0

Thanks JD.

I hope that the change in your tagline has nothing to do with results of 11/4
