Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hello everyone, And again a thank-you to "rhack" for the assist on 9/8. Everything's working. Anyway, two sets assigned the same KEY 0 can pick up at the same time. I believe it might have something to do with the CLS PUA property. Maybe I don't even need this if I've defined the RNPG? Thanks

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Let me reiterate... I went to the customers site to evaluate this better. I found that two sets can pick-up and talk on the same ringing DN. For example, a call comes in to the DN programmed on KEY 0 on one set and KEY 8 on another. Both pick up at the same time and instead of one cancelling the other, they can both talk to the calling party which by default shouldn't happen

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Dave- I just checked out my extension here we have 2 tech phones that pick-up at the same time. One is key 0 the other is on key 8. We can answer both at the same time. Both phones are CLS= POD. Acctually we wanted it this way.I'm changing both to POA to see what effect that has. HMM... Let you know asap.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Well tried it with POA Still could answer the same call on both phones. Only difference was that the sound was much more clear. With POD the caller and other tech sounded distant. I'm confused. Anyone got any suggestions. Jack? rhack? BTW neither of my phones have PUA or GPUA.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Went and checked: CLS = POD. You know, I wonder if you only get a change is some classes on phone set power up? This might be the case. Maybe? Anyway, I thought maybe my first message didn't establish the problem well enough so I "reiterated". Thanks to everyone for your help so far
