I had a similar problem that was fixed by changing the baud rate on the system terminal to 9600 Baud. It was set at 1200 baud before, and when the system rebooted it kept timing out, after changing the baud rate it fixed this problem.

You may also have to look at replacing some hardware. PC boards are designed to have constant power fed through them, when a system is switched off over a prolonged time period the circuits, resistors, transistors etc can degrade. As a result the hardware will not function as desired.
Humidity, resulting from temperature changes during storage can aid this degradation process along nicely.

Carefully pull out all the cards and inspect them for any visible watermarks, rust, dust etc.

Contact your vendor to assist you, I would start with the core equipment, power supply, then work my way throug the rest. This should keep you busy for a while

A possible (though not likely)....

Rel25.30 had a release that did this... after a power down, it would not come up again. The only way to fix it was to reload the OS.

Looking at the print provided, there is a HWR103 error. The docs basically say you have an SSC error... replace the card.

Given that you replace the card, you may be lucky enough to be able to move the flash from the original to replacement. Worst case is that you will need the flash, plus the OS to reload.

Alround, you system is not happy.

Agree with Ozzie, if you already replaced the hardware, and still no luck, then a OS reload seems to stare you in the face.
Just one further question: when you replaced the SSC card, was is of same or at least suitable vintage for your release software?
To reload the OS you will require a PCMCIA with the correct software release, plus all your key codes, plus all relevant patches, and if possible a known GOOD back up of your data base to restore (else you would have to re-configure from scratch).
