Location: Michigan Rep Power: 0 ![]() | route by ncos? I have a dn that I need to send out a different route from all the other dn's. I really don't want to use a different access code. Is it possible to send a dn out a specified route by ncos or is there anyway to accomplish this?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Yes. Basically what you are going to do is add the other route as a second choice in the RLI. Make the FRL on the first route higher than the ncos of the phone. Make the second route choice FRL match the ncos of the phone. When the user of that phone attempts to call out they will be blocked from the first route choice but allowed out on the second route choice.
