Hi All

First post here..Hope its in the right section. I have started to get more involved with out phone system and as a result seem to be getting more and more problems.

What I am looking for ideally is a list of error codes that OTM throws out when you make a change to a phone and it does not like it..

We have a mixture if IP & Non IP phones.

I want to add some phones to a call pickup group. I have added the group number to the in RNP and also "Features"

The change gets sent and the terminal window appears but the change wont go through and if I check the error log this is what I get

Could not be CHGed after 2 tries.
Prompt: SCH1 response: Error Code:1976
(SCH1976)

SCH1976<data> Basic IP User License counter has reached its maximum value. IP UserLicense was used to configure <data> basic IP Phone(s) type 2001.Action: (Recommended) Purchase additional Basic IP User Licenses for IPPhones type 2001, instead of using higher-priced IP User Licenses.
Did you check your ISMs?

Thanks for the reply. You will have to bare with me on this as this is a steep learning curve for me. The chap that looked after our phone systems has recently left leaving little to no info..

ISM. what's this. Sorry if I am asking a basic question..

If you see 0 in the LEFT column you don't have anymore ISMs available so you would not be able to add anymore of theat type of phone.

Hi im also getting this SCH1976 but its on a CHG rather than an ADD?

For instance changing hunt groups etc...getting this sch1976 code. Strange.
They dont have any more basic ip licences left but still a chg shouldnt produce this should it?
