Rep Power: 5  Gender:  Country:  | Do you have a Meridian Mail platform that is down? or a disabled ESDI card? CSA is a command and status link that provides communications between the CPU and and external VAS - if you've recently replaced Meridian Mail with Callpilot, it may be that the VAS hasn't been removed.....
