Hello everyone ,

i have a call pilot server and i have installed a call pilot mgr + reporter on a standalone web server,i installed java 1.3 , i enabled the OM data, but still i keep on getting blank reports with headers ...


can someone help me

1. In wich LAN locate reporter serwer? Correct only in CLAN.
2. Data in reports appear not immediately. It is necessary to wait.

i have 3 networks :
Elan :137.x.x..x
Clan: 192.x.x.x
data lan : 172.x.x.x
the reporter is on data lan but can access the callpilot server networks .

Have you got WINS and DNS set????

Found once that the WINS is needed as the reporter seems to use names and not IPs

CallPilot Manager should be on one server. Then, a copy of manager and reporter need to be on another server. These two servers will allow you to get the reports you need. 2 servers are part of the configuration.
