Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 7  Gender:  Country:   | extract recorded announcemens from CP G'Day, I am using CP / Symposium intergration for queue announcements and after hours messaging. Is there a way to extract all the voice files from the Call Pilot and have a copy on my hard drive? (so I can import them on to other call pilots). I used Application Builder to load them into call pilot, but I don't see any options to extract them back. Thanks, Dan | ||||||||

Open one of the voice items as if to re-record it. press the play button (you will need a set next to you) have it call the set you are near. when it starts playing. simply press the stop button. then export | ||||||||
