I have had the administration of our Meridian Option 11 and Meridian Mail system dumped into my lap. I know computers, but when it comes to PBXs I am a complete idiot. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

What does ACD stand for?
I may have figured this one out myself. Does it stand for Automatic Call Distribution?
