Location: Orlando, Florida Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:   | Dial external numbers from external phone My boss would like to be able to call one of our DIDs and from that # dial out to another external #. I know this is possible because it was a huge security hole a while back but I'm not sure how to open that up now on only one phone. Basically he wants to be able to be driving and call the office then call a customer and have it show up as one of our office phone numbers... Any help would be appreciated. | ||||||||

Or if you know the number(s) that he/she wants to dial - you could setup a voicemail box that only he would know: Press 1 sends to xxx-xxx-xxxx, Press 2 sends to xxx-xxx-xxxx, etc. And some voicemail systems will offer dial tone and let you enter digits...
