Thanks...maybe I should have been a little more informative and clearer with my question. The software reload would be fine for you or me but, I have a customer that's selling their remote locations (country wide) and they want to do it themselves. They want to remove all their mailboxes via their VM admin access and capabilities without having to be, if you would, mailbox specific or selective. Thanks again.

Location: South Africa Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Any guides I have on hand for MMail indicate that user VMB's are deleted one at the time. If you don't know all the existing mail boxes, you can generate a list of users (under User Administration), then select one at the time to delete them - or print / screen shot the list, then delete them the normal route. Another option is to use the LD48 synch (remove VMB from all phone sets and synch the PBX / MMail data base), but that implies that the relevant features are enabled in LD17, and that the person modifying the phone sets knows their way around LD 10 and 11. Call Pilot has an Auto Add / Auto Delete facility that uses an excel spread sheet to add and remove users. But I am not too clear on this feature, other than that the spread sheet must have specific formatting and fields. You should find a full description there of in the CP Administration guides. Sorry, can't be of more help here.

It is still a 1 for 1 deletion, but you do not have to type them all in. The other consideration here is that if your mailboxs have messages in them, then the greater the volume of messages, the longer it will take to do the deletion.
