configuring for Enhanced Music on Hold???
That is a patch realting to the IP Line card. It is part of the current IP DepPak, so everyone may not see the exact patch name you listed.

DepPak's are a fantastic way of reducing the toptal number of patch handles in your switch. You channel partner's TAC group should be aware of these. DepPak's are fairly new, and are slowly being deployed by the channels.

They streameline the patch delivery and installation, and are a quick and easy way to make sure you have everything you need for addon applications like Call Pilot, IP, etc...

Channel Tech Support have access to the PEP (a.k.a. patch) library but end-users do not. If you have access to the General Release Bulletins (INNUA members for example do have this), then you can see a list of applicable patches at the time the GRB was created.

From the INNUA website, you have access to Nortel bulletins (Product, Sales&Marketing, GRB,...).
