MERIDIAN & AVAYA Conf

I have an old Option 21 with release 19. It was working fine, I use it to test 2616 sets after cleaning and refurbishing. My nephew was playing 'random dialing" with it, (no trunks are set up, but there are 2 E&M cards 1 universal trunk card, 1 digital line card and 1 analog line card in it.) and it crashed for some reason.
Now, on the terminal i get a single line of code when it begins the boot sequence, the floppies are accessed, like its trying to boot, it seems to stop with 088 on the CPU card, and the Conf/TDS lights stay lit.
I cant find in the manuals what the codes mean on the CPU card during startup... I"m guessing somehow the conf/tds card died, but i want to make sure before i start sourcing one. (or try to find an option 11c compact to replace it)
Anyone with ideas on the 088? I've also seen it show 25 and 08D.
Thanks!

ASKING A LITTLE FAVOR.......

You might find what you are looking for in the System Messages Guide under HEX. It breaks down faceplate codes to system cards.

What is the single line of code your terminal prints out?
