not getting signal

so I've got a TN setup for a paging line and when i dial it my phone gives me a timer but nothing happens at the TN block. have I setup something incorrectly?

So you put your test set on the TN and from your phone dial the ACOD and say TEST 1-2-3 and you get nothing at the TN?

Conan, that's exactly what happens. I've tried it with the test set, and with the message recorder box, and i still get nothing. route and trunk are as follows.

It would help to see the trunk to see the signaling. One, thing when the EOD is at default there will not be any audio unless an answer supervision is received OR the EOD expires. Need to see if your trunk says SUPV no. Also, after dialing the acod press # to manually drop the EOD timer and see if you can hear with your butt set then.

here is an LTM, but i don't think that's what's being asked for. how do i print the trunk information? which LD and commands are necessary. i'm pretty new to this.
