Location: Rochester, NY Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I'm new to TM 3.1 - I need help getting the employee data to update in Telecom Billing System. In OTM 2.2 I would perform a TN reconcile. Does anyone know how to perform a TN reconcile in TM 3.1? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | In the "Basic Search Telephones" window of the web client do the following: Reconcile TN TN numbers must be reconciled occasionally to update the TN list. Reconciliation of TNs can occur immediately upon request, or can be scheduled to occur at a later time. 1. Select one or more telephones. This procedure is not carried out on a telephone, but one telephone must be selected to activate the action bar of the Search Results section. 2. Select Reconcile TN from the <more actions> list in the action bar of the Search Results section. The Schedule - Reconcile Terminal Numbers window appears. 3. Enter a name for the reconciliation in the Task Name text box. The name is required, but does not have to be unique. 4. To schedule the reconciliation for later, enter a date and time in the Date (MM/DD/YYYY) and Time (HH:MM) text boxes, respectively. If you want to reconcile the TNs immediately, do nothing. This effectively "schedules" the reconciliation to occur immediately, since the default value in the Date (MM/DD/YYYY) and Time (HH:MM) text boxes is the current date and time. 5. Click Submit. A message is displayed to the user indicating success or failure in scheduling the task. Reconciliation errors are not generated on the screen: they are written to Sync Logs. You must check the Sync Logs for reconciliation errors. | ||||||||
