Dear John Letter

Help! Someone of lesser intelligence has locked out my OTM user account. Does anyone know a way around this? The system does not appear to use Windows Authentication. I am running OTM ver 2 on Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 3.

2 ACD queues, same agents

If you canīt get into the OTM then Iīm afraid only the Adminstrator can set you up again as a user.

Programming

Try:

Username: admin
password: admin

This is the default. If not..call your vendor and have them walk you through how to reset this.

programmin ACD

OTM 2.0 does use (in some way) Windows Authentication. If you have administrator workstation rights try creating a windows user account with a shorter (under 8 character) username/pw combo.

NEW BOARD SUGGESTION: ASTERISK

Actually, OTM 2.0 IS windows aware and, believe it or not, is active directory aware! Reset the domain account login in NT/2000 to username admin pw admin, then try to log into OTM as admin admin (case sensitive-try caps and lower case)
