Hi all ,

we have mini op11 rls 4.5 and we use 2 ipline cards .
both cards are disable and i can't renable them even after rebooting the pbx , i can also see s009 error on both cards .
i can't ping both card but i can ping to the SS ,both card are connected to the same switch as the SS and have the link leds on .

any ideas ?

Have you checked that the ethernet cables are connected properly, it might be a good idea to contact your vendor if you have a maintenance contract.

all cables are connected ok .

Try this, unplug both card and insert a single card first, give it a minute or two and check if it comes up with display F000 then insert second card and wait for complete boot.
