I was just wondering if anybody has any experience with making an image (ghosting) a CallPilot server for backup purposes? I'm thinking about doing this and would like to know if anybody has any opinion's about doing this?

Thanks

Need help, PBX newbie

i do not believe nortel supports ghosting currently..i know of one site that is working directly with nortel trying to get it working. i suggest if you really want to ghost, call your direct nortel rep and see if you could get involved with the beta testing they're doing now. you may have to purchase a spare dongle, i'm not really sure how they ended up handling that issue(one of many).good luck.

Norton Ghost is supported, provided it is done properly.
Nortel advises having your distributor perform the procedure.
There is a product bulletin P-2002-1654.

Does anybody happen to have a copy of that product bulletin?
