would like to remove the zero out option
Hello,

Nortel - Option 11 PBX
Call Pilot Voicemail - M3900 Series Phones

A caller has the option when they hit someone's voicemail to press zero which then takes them to the branch's main line. They would like to feature removed. I am unsure where that feature is actually setup. I am assuming it is setup in the Call Pilot system.

Can anyone provide any assistance on how to remove this feature.

Do you want to remove this from the mailbox or from an application?

To remove it from a mailbox remove the "revert dn"

right now just the mailbox, however the revert dn under the DN's tab is blank. I noticed other users have 0. Where is it programmed that forwards a call to a particular destination when zero is pushed during the greeting?
