Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Restart CallPilot server software CallPilot 2.02 on Windows NT I need to restart CallPilot in order to possibly fix a problem. In the past, I've restarted the entire box to do this but I was wondering if there was a way that I could 'reinitialize' the CallPilot server software without restarting the entire box. I would want to try this first before restarting the box which can be an ordeal at times.

Location: Sydney Rep Power: 2 ![]() | It was always recommended to shutdown / reboot a CP by using CTRL/ALT/DEL Shutdown (reboot). reason for this is that it apparently is a nicer way for the databases to be closed. The reset button is a more immediate and "savage" way to restart a box, and has the potential for corruption.
