Phone with no TN
I have a DN that when you prt it, shows up as a ACDN

REQ: prt
TYPE: dnb
CUST 0
DN 6414
DATE
PAGE
DES

DN 6414
TYPE ACDN


I know this is for a line that doesn't have a phone and goes straight to VM.

How does one set one of these up?

Answer my own thread
Building an ACD Mailbox
Step 1) LD 23
Step 2) REQ: NEW
Step 3) TYPE: ACD
Step 4) CUST: 0
Step 5) ACDNEnter the mailbox number or DID #)
Step 6) MAXP: 1
Step 7) NCFW: (Voicemail number)Or the number you want this acd to forward to
Step Then "Enter" Through
You have just created an ACD Mailbox in the pbx. When ever
anyone calls this number it will automatically
forward to voicemail or the number that you assigned

Isn't google great!!
