Meridian Option 11

I have the Option 11, and I have some problems to connect some calls because the PBX hang the call.

By example the user make the call, the PBX sends the digits to the central office of the carrier, the carrier interpret the call and if everything it is ok, the call back to the PBX but if the time goes up of 10 to 13 seconds the PBX automatically hang the call.

My question is, What is the way to increase the time in the PBX to wait the call from the CO of the carrier.

I am from Chihuahua Mexico and this problem starting to happen because the carriers from here change all the configurations to permit the portability of the phone numbers.

Thank you !!

Maybe take a look at your Timers in the RDB. Not sure but it might help.
