| Junior Member   | small call center Hi, Right now our CALL ID range is set to a maximum of 4999. We would like to change it to 9999 By the way we are using SCCS and Tapi in our call center. What is the process to activate this? is there side effects from activating this change? Thanks __________________ Helder Montreal, QC |
