Feature Group D on an Nortel 81C ( FG-D )

Ok ... First things First... I am having a very wierd and unlogical problem with on extension. Here is my info i have a 61C and the phone is a 2616.

Here the problem ... i am dialing an external phone number but it is ringing to an internal voicemail account. At first when the person told me about it i thought they were just dumb but i tried it myself and it dialed the voicemail account. I have tried dialing the number on several different phones and it works fine. I have printed the TN of the phone and i didn't see anything wierd but i am rookie with this phone switch. Below is the print out. Thanks for the Help because i am lost and confused.

MEI LINK/rhack this one's for you.

If this is only happening from this phone I'd try --

Swapping the phone, could be a bad key pad

Going off the TN on the MDF and trying to call, could be gremlins in your pbx.

If neither of thoose work post back & we'll go from there.

small call center

Just a thought...The only thing that looks a little strange is your TGAR setting to 0. You maybe accessing an ACOD....

Hi Ace. One thing you will learn quickly about telecom is TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED!!

First of all confirm where the call is going.
Do this via the Enhanced Trace command in LD 80

ENTC 4 1 9 3 0005 <This sets up the Trace for this TN>
GOTR <This starts the trace>

Make your call and see if you hit an outbound trunk.
If you are, then the problem is outside, and re-creatable from any extension most likely.

If not, look at the NARS/BARS programming for the mumber you are dialing. This may be built and pointed to an RLI that Locally Terminates (LTERM = YES in the RLI)

Also, look to see if the carrier that this call hits has any kind of VPN routing turned on, they may be handing the call back to you.
