Rep Power: 0 ![]() | DID Setup The system is a CS1000. I have several blocks of DID and Inward numbers. Usually the last 4 digits match the ext. I simply add the ext and the DID number is now directed to that ext. I don't know how to program an ext to use a DID number that is out of the range of my extensions. Where in the programming that pairs the DID number to the ext. How do I print this database and what load do I need to make changes

You can print the unused numbers in LD 20 REQ prt TYPE ludn CUST 0 DN xxxx - or leave this blank to get all avail numbers in the system. __________________

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You can use..IDc table.....ld 49 and add it in the RDB..ld 16 ld 49--new --idc--dcno ld 16-idc- yes DCNO- table number which u have created in ld 49 the IDC table is nothing but incoming digit convertion table... if you want a DID number 4000 to reach extension 5000 then in IDC table 4000 will be comverted to 5000 and this table should be added in ld 16 RDB. i guess this is what you want....

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks everyone I was able to print the current information and make the required changes. However this list is rather small. I quess this is just the exceptions to a rule that is defined elsewhere for the bulk of my DID's. I have several hundred DID's with the last 4 digits matching the ext. Where is that info?

Whatever doesn't print is being used. or REQ prt TYPE dnb CUST 0 DN - leave this blank and all numbers programed in your system will print could be pretty lengthy though. __________________ Last edited by gei_spot; 08-08-2008 at 06:06 PM.
