Location: In an almost perpetual mental fog! Rep Power: 6  Gender:  Country:  | Not dialing out :casstet: I've just hired on to a new company and have been handed a jim dandy of a problem. We're running an OPT 81C w/ Mermail (Rls 11.18.0) and management wants Remote Notification services for Skytel pagers and for something called a Blackberry. I can set up RN for plain old vanilla pagers, but have been completely unable to get it to work with the Skytel or Blackberry. Both of these services have voice menus for message options when you dial into them. I can't seem to find the correct dialing string to get them to work. Everything I've learned about Mermail has been hands-on so I don't have any real knowledge of the more esoteric applications. Rep Power: 6 | MEI LINK/rhack this one's for you. H- Don't feel bad, had the same problem myself. The trick is to put the option that needs to be press in the "Pager Call Back Number". Example. If you want the person receiving the message to call xxxx and the option for paging is 1 then in the PCBN put 1xxxx. Let me know if this isn't clear. Luck | ||||||||
