Rep Power: 0 ![]() | BUG0653 Help I currently have a phone which seems to have died in the system. The M3903 shows MODEL?, and the TN UNEQ. The DN that was on the phone gives the following if dialled. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The TN has gone UNEQ. Nothing to print. The DN is doesn't show up in LUDN, isn't a PLDN, isn't in a GHT and isn't an ACDN. It seems to be active in the switch somewhere, but isn't dialable (but does print out the above BUG stuff on the TTY when you dial it), and I cannot use it (assign it to a new TN for example), as the switch says it is in use. Literally, the phone programming just vaporised off this TN, but remains in the switch somehow???

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Ok, seems the phone is midway through an Automatic Relocation, however, not sure who did this, why it's gone wrong, or whether the switch has glitched. I got output from LD21, PRT SRDT earlier for this phone (correct DN & TN), but that data is now gone, and the set hasn't been relocated??? I cannot do anything with the TN because it's midway through the relocation, and same for the DN. I cannot OUT the record in LD50 as it no longer exists in there. When the data did show in the relocation table it wouldn't let me OUT it anyway. I have tested automatic relocation on another phone and it worked without a problem. We don't use this feature, and after this is resolved I will disable the feature. Any ideas who to revive the DN & TN?

After finding one enter that into the phone so that you at least have the tn back. Now you can out/chg/whatever. Thanks for that trip down memory lane __________________ Dogs rollover Phones hunt

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks, Jack. This switch is a 61c. As far as I can see there are no model sets defined. I have managed to get the TN back in operation - copied another sets TN and assigned a totally different DN (a free one). Then used IDC to get the two DNs expected on this phone to work for external callers (converted them both to the new temp. number). Still, the original DNs are lost though, but won't act as though they are free. Would it be possible I have database corruption, or is this something that can be resolved by other means?
