Location: Bethesda, MD Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Problems with PBX Hey guys, I am trying to set up my Tech Support lines so that they forward to an external number in a series. I know I have to configure the COT in load 14 but I am getting an invalid TN when I have to specify what TN to foward. Can anyone give me any help. Here is the info I have: ld 14 Req = chg Type = COT TN = 20 5 SCH0128 (Terminal Does Not Exist) Configurate I want: User 1 calls main TS Line: (***)***-**** Call received by phone 1 -> External number User 2 calls main TS Line (***)***-**** Call by passes phone 1 (still on the call) -> Picked up by phone 2 -> Externa Number ETC.... Can any one give me any help? (Unfortunately this has become urgent to get done by this weekend. We for some reason didn't test this prior to setup.) :casstet: Thanks | ||||||||

If you forward a phone externally, then if the first call is active, you have no way of determining that on the second call. Also, not sure where or why you are bringing the COT into play. IS TN 20 5 the TN of the set?
