hi all,

i am new to TM, i have recently after a lots of problems installed the TM software and applyied the SU3.

i still have problem when brosing the TM web under telephony search or add i will got the following error

can any one please define if their is any reason for this error and how can i solve.



with another TM server i assume the TM as a software is working, but the big probelm is i dont know what should i do after TM insallation and SU3 to make the TM retreive the system data, TNs, DNs so i can find thim in the TM brows and be apple to modify them.



is their any help please, i will appreaciate your quick response

Make sure you have Java version 1.5.TM 30 will only work correctly with that but 3.1 could be different but is worth checking.

Your Java version is incorrect, uninstall java from the server, and re-install java that is supplied on the TM 3.1 installation files, once this is done, go into control panel, select java and disable the automatic updates for java
