Lightbulb M3904 call forwarding failures

I have received out of service M3904 telephones and have noted that the call forwarding number on the set can not be deleted. After looking on this site I tried through ld 20 and 11 to null the feature on the button and reset to no avail. The old number is still in. Of course directly on the set it does not work either. Has anyone experienced this with the model M3904. Is it maybe a Firm Ware issue? The rate of error on the sets is 50% and the other half have the same firm ware installed.

Thanks alot for your help

Can you print one of the TNB's for us? Might be a mismatch some where there too.
