CallPilot application builder

I've been beating my head against the wall for two days now, so I need some help!

Here's the scenario, I am building a new menu, three option choices, 1 goes to another menu that routes calls to individuals, 2 goes to customer care, existing queue CDN 24992 , 3 goes to tech support, new queue CDN 24978.

Everything is set up in Symposium with the new queue, skillsets assigned, CDN referenced in master script, CDN acquired, ect.

All recordings for the menus have been done in callpilot

I have checked and double and triple checked the application and I can't find anything out of sorts with it.

I have compared the programming of the CDN and SDN with others, and they are the same.

When I dial the SDN, I get "Your call cannot be completed at this time" I removed the SDN, leaving the number as a phantom forwarded to voicemail and got the standard "this person does not subscribe to this voicemail system."

I thought maybe the callpilot was maxed out on applications, so I deleted one that I know is not in use, and that didn't help either.

Any ideas?

I hope all this made sense, and if not, please ask me questions!

it is my understanding ....

SDN---main menu--OPtion1
option2
option3---transfer to CDN 24978.
if i troubelshoot this ...

i would be checking ...

CDN 24978.---DFDN---ACD----? agents are configured?

before acquire the CDN 24978 in symposium...Dial the CDN and check..is that call routed to DFDN ACD.....

then dial the SDN and select option 3 and check is that call going to CDN 24978.

this will help to isolate the issue...

Regards
Kan

The CDN is working fine, I tested it.

The problem is either with the SDN or the menu itself, because I get the "Your call cannot be completed" message before I ever hit the menu.

Have you tried outing the entry in the SDN table and re-building it?

I deleted it from the SDN table, then called the number which is a phantom with dcfw to voicemail and then I get the normal "this person does not subscribe to this voicemail system"

I'd be happy to try it again if you think it might make a difference.

I can try that, but why would the placement of the CDN effect why I'm not even getting the menu to start with?

I tried, swapped option 2 and option 3, still got "your call cannot be completed at this time."
