Yes, I am using a menu block. Option 1 is connected to a second menu block, option two is a call transfer block to a specific extension, 24992 and option 3 is a call transfer block to a specific extension, 24978.

On the second menu block, options 1,2, and 3 are all going to call transfer blocks with extensions set up.

I just called the vendor, but would love to have this fixed before they call me back. Please let me know if you have any further ideas.

Problem solved, unknown cause. We just deleted everything and started over.
