Marketing?
I have a 500 set on an option 11 that I am trying to access outside dial tone without having to physically dial a 9 from the device. I have tried to program hot ds to both the bars access ( 9 ) and to direct route access codes to no avail. I have also tried to hot d it to an acd that ncfws to the route and bars access codes, also with no luck. any ideas?

direct outside access
As I understand your question you want one 500 set to directly dial outside numbers without dialing the BARS access code. To do this you will have to set up Pretranlation on your 11c. If you search the archives I think someone in the past has posted a detailed procedure.

NCOS and TARGs ore ok....pretranslation?.... I think I'd rather tell them that they need a 1fb...
