I am installing my first Succession 1000.
Everthing is working ok servers and telephones.
My problem is that now when I want to use the Element manager fore Ip configuring
it tells me the files bootp.tab and config.ini´s are missing. Error H3001.
I open the Element manager
go to Configuration
IP telephony
and Edit and this mesage comes up.
I know that these files are saved in the Call servers directory but why they disapper
I dont know . I deleted the node. Installed the call manager again from scratch, made the node again. Transfered the files. Backed upp. The system said the files where transmitted.
Ok fore a while, but the same thing happened again.
Has enyone had a similar exprience and knows how to fix this permanently.
Thanks

Call Forward Mysteries..

Hi
I have now uppgrated the Sig server Call server and the Media gateway.
Installed the node again and all works wonderfully.
I am very pleased with the Element manager.
Installing patches with it is djust point and click,
What a change.
Best wishes.
