yes
key 3 scr 177

thats for the 3904. never worked with the 3903s, but i'm sure you can change the dn or key 0 for that set.

Ronaldo: As resorttech and gei_spot say above, you can change the key assignements via those overlays.

Nortel digital phone sets can have more than one DNB (extension). The DNB on KEY 0 is the primary DN (record generating). When you assign DNB's to other keys, they will behave just the same as the DNB on KEY 0. Be careful though, you may struggle to pick up CDR records from DN's on keys other than 0. As is the case for your scenario, change the key assignements on each of the above TN's to match your desired outcome. The M3900 series phones are self labeling, once the change is completed the end user will see the new key assignement (thanks Nortel, that was one of the greatest inventions )

You can also assign the same DNB to multiple phone sets. The maintenance and administration guides are useful to get a basic understanding of the options. Look under LD 11 for digital phone set configuration options.
You should have a CD that gets shipped with M3900 phones. There you will find all the possible key assignements per type, and other useful information on how to get the most of your hardware.

Before you go and make changes, PRINT THE TN's and save a copy of that print out. There is no UNDO option.
And back up your changes afterwards too, in LD 43 EDD.
