Zone changing

Hi it is CS1000E rls 5. Currently all MGC/DB`s and MC32s are programmed with Zone-0 and SIP trunk with zone-1. I need to change MGC/DB`s and MC32s zone-0 to Zone-1. I tried to change first MGC/DB`s zone but couldnot succeed, they still shows under zone-0 and same as MC32s, i also changed MGC32 with zone 1 but couldnt succeeded. Is there a proper procedure to change Zone? Further when i created zone-1 and tried to change zone-0 of MGC/DB/MC32s cabinet to cabinet communication got stop, only within cabinet communication was working, i mean Ext in cabinet -1 could not be able to dila ext of cabinet 2. I then deleted zone-1 and rebooted system. Now system is working OK but MGC/DB/MC32s are still under Zone-0.
Could anybody adivise how to change zone of these.
Regards

you would need to out all the VGMC members (96 if you using MGC 96 DSP) and recreate them, they get it from the MGC configuration.

Hi Storm. and what about MC32s? do i have to out whole card from Node config? or just VGW cahnnels of MC32s? i tried to out all VGW of MC32s and tried to create new 32 VGW but it never asked zone and created all VGW with Zone-0 (through Element manager). Is there a specific procedure to built them with new zone?

Send a message via MSN to keith
change the zone for each MGC, in the superloop section within element manager, but as merc-storm said, you will have to out and rebuild the
vgw's
