centrel office trunk (cot) getting busy randomly in option11c system

Dear Guys,


Iam first time regestring my complaint in this forum.I have a issue in option 11c system,it is new instalation. That PBX only have centrel office trunks,its getting busy randomly.Is there any possiblity to remove this issue. yours replays will be very helpfull to me.

they are only using one trunk memeber for incoming calls,remaining 5 trunk members are using for out going calls.No one cant access the incoming call trunks, becoz i seperated these members using tgar.they have a issue only incoming trunk member.thanks for ur response.

If you only have one incoming trunk, 2nd inbound caller will get a busy.

the trunks themselves are they loop start or ground start signaling?

Also what are you FEDC/NEDC set at? The ideal setting should be ETH. You will find this info in the RDB.
