Location: Brampton, ON Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Getting CCR connected to extension Greetins All We are having a problem where the diplayed time on the phone sets is different than the time set in LD 2 on the PBX. Location: Brampton, ON Rep Power: 0 ![]() | MEI LINK/rhack this one's for you. In regaurds to the same issue, As I said unplugging the phone and reconnecting it did reset the time to the PBX time. What I have found however is that the phone rapidly becomes out of sync and speeds up. Over the weekend it had updated itself a full hour faster than the PBX. Any suggestions on how I can automate a process that say once per day sync with the PBX? Thanks Mike | ||||||||

Location: NORTEL - Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Time off on phone sets Report the time slippage to your distributor. There are patches (depending upon your release and specific circumstances) to address cases where the set time is not periodically updated. | ||||||||

Location: NORTEL - Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | proper procedures for Service calls ..before you do that, is Overlay 30 configured to run in midnight routines or as a background routine. It is this overlay that updates the time on the sets. | ||||||||
