| Voice Mail Hello, We are currently using MAX and CCR to provide our ACD functionality for Inbound Calls. On top of this we have implemented Genesys Outbound 6.5 with T-Server for MLink. We are migrating across to Symposium and Symposium Link in the near future. We need our Agents to be able to Log In to receive Inbound Skill Based calls, then log in to Outbound Campaigns and take just Outbound Calls. As Genesys Outbound Campaigns are Queue based and Symposium is not aware of Queues as such, how can we do this? :casstet: | ||||||||

Build a user in Symposium and don't assign skillsets to agents who take Outbound only. If you want, they can take both type of calls too. That's how we work...and everything goes well! | ||||||||
