ISDN BRI's...

I was wondering if anyone would know what the last two letters stand for on some of the Nortel cards. I have as examples: NT5D11AE, line side T-1 card, or NT5D12AA, dual T-1 card. What do the AE and AA stand for. I thought it was a country of origin. I'm sure I am not correct on that one.

Thanks,

John

The last two letters are the 'vintage' of the card

Anyone see this before ERR...?

Gei is absolutely correct, with 1 exception:

CABLES!

In the case of cables the XX suffix indicates length.
