Yes you can asign...same dn to multiple keys in same set or to different sets..

there is no different programing for that..you can program the key as usual

Key x xxx DN

x- key number
xxx- SCR, MCR SCN,MCN,,,, You can get more details from software input output adminstration guide

I think I am fail to convey my question. My question was how can I program one DN on more that two keys of one set (M2616, M200. A procedure which was told by Kan342 is not correct, in this way all line having same dn will become parallel to each other. When I will select any key from same DNs remaining will be selected automatically. Moreover when call will come on that number at that time call will come on all keys having same DN but my question was different.

One more problem is coming when I have programmed 04 keys as MCR. When someone calls at that time all loops become busy, if second one call he receives busy tone untill I attand the first call after that remaining keys become idle. Is any option is available that one one key would busy when some one calls or when second one calls his ring also come on any of the remaining key.

Send a message via MSN to Kalahary-Harry
Print the TNB, perhaps that will help us to see all parameters and find the snag.

NOTE -- This work around on is NOT SUPORTED!!!

Build a "Dummy" 500 set with the same MCR as you are using on key 4.
MARP the MCR to the "Dummy" TN.
Set the "Dummy" TN to hunt to a DN of your choice. You should also set set your FNA on the "Dummy" TN to wherever uou want unanswered calls to go.
Put the hunt DN on Key 5 -- or whichever key is available.

Now when two callers dial the MCR DN simultaneously -- In reality this does not happen all that often --, both the MCR and the hunt DN will ring.

What do you mean by "all loops become busy"?

That is a design intent, all appearances will ring until one is answered or the call recieves redirection treatment.
