HI,

Anyone has faced low voice in 500 to 500 set calling with in the PBX 5.0

i could not see this card in NTP

You certain that did not mistaken? Has importance first letter, rather then the second.
May be NT5K02DA

Again i verified via card inventry cards in ld 117.. it is NT5K02AD

I did not become completely to rely upon card inventory from LD 117. See personally.

Must be the idc programmed wrong from the manufacture. Check the labels on the PCB and the front clip on the face plate. If there are different from NT5K02AD. I suspect the card is NT5K02DA.
Check your M1 programming for the low voice problems.
