Location: Kent Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | How to select Line 1 Hi, Newbie and not Meridian trained, but trying to resolve a query from one of our offices: They want to be able to use BT (UK) forwarding services to autoforward all i/c calls to another office when this one is un-manned. We have the correct services from the telco (BT) and have been advised that we need to activate the service on line 1. How do I select line 1 on the BT trunks? I've no access to the switch either, just to (not!) help  . We also have an ISDN line in to that switch...Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks, Matt | ||||||||
