Location: Ireland Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Complete line of Avaya Lucent TN Cards / Circuit Boards Hi, I have a group of 20 or so centrex users(off site) who have no voicemail facility. My manager has suggested we give them access to the mail on our opt11c. Is there a way to allow external users access to voicemail. Obvoiusly we can create mailboxes for each user and give them access to mail main menu via a ddi. However I am not sure how to forward a missed call for that external user to their associated mailbox out here??? Is it possible? cheers, Kerry | ||||||||
