Help Required

Hi
have a meridian compact system that has just been re located
and new wiring installed.

All intercom functions work and dial out is ok but none of the phones ring!
The arrow flashes that a call is incoming and you can answer

Have checked to make sure the phones are not Do Not Disturb and the ring volume is up

any ideas?

have u checked that the lines are set to APPEAR & RING on the sets ???

Well yes and no, if you know what i mean.
The system worked ok before it was moved.
The intercom ring is working it's just the outside lines that won't ring

The phones in use are M7208 so are you saying that there might be even more menu settings to check or is this on the exchange

like always i have been lumbered with this to sort out and i have very little information of this system even had to get the password and instruction to set the time and date from the web

my guess is it's lost it's programming during the move...

do you need a programming manual,

exactly what model norstar is it ??

If you have one that would be Great

P.S. The system was disconnected for 2 - 3 days so you could be correct

This is what you get with people who say no problem to move it for you on the cheap Yes i have a tight Boss and now i've got to sort it
